"The process went well from start to finish. Brad came out to look at the job and give us a bid. He spent time with us, explaining the process and trying a test spot. When we asked him to do the job, Amanda set up the time for the work and kept us informed when there was a possibility Brad might be a bit late because of a bigger job right before ours (he made it on time). Brad did the work quickly and well, cleaning and sealing the tile. It looked and still looks like a brand new floor. In fact, some of our friends thought we'd bought new flooring! Amanda checked with us a few days later to make sure we were pleased with the work and to see if we had any concerns. Of course, we had nothing but praise for the work Brad had done."

"I am beyond impressed with The Grout Medic! From start to finish, they were professional, informative, and so friendly. They took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. They cleaned the grout in my bathroom floor and shower and also color sealed it. The results are incredible! My bathroom truly looks brand new again and I can’t stop staring at how fresh and clean everything is. The team worked efficiently, respected my home, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I highly recommend The Grout Medic to anyone looking to give their bathroom (or any tiled space) a major refresh. You’ll be amazed at the difference! Thank you so much!"
