"Bianco was the most professional, responsive, and punctual contractor I've ever dealt with. Within an hour of sending an inquiry email, he called to talk about the project. He was in my kitchen just a few hours later to take measurements and give an estimate. He was very patient with me, answering all my questions and explaining his process step by step. (I have young twins, so I went over the kitchen with a fine toothed comb to make sure nothing ended up in their mouths - I did find a few pieces here and there)
