"Guys showed up on time...very courteous. I explained we needed to get 1 year floors looking like new because we had new cabinets put in and floors got very dirty. I emphasized the need to clean the grout thoroughly but they just couldn't. The tiles got cleaned up well but not the grout. Also, I had a marble foyer with some staining that they were unable to fix. Very disappointed overall.
The owner, Ronnie, called me a month later for follow up and I voiced my disappointment. He said he'd call back and never did."
