They offered 2 proposals: (1) clean grout lines or (2) clean and color seal the lines. Each had it pros/cons. We decided to go with their color sealing proposal. The work was professionally done. "I hired this company to remove my tile and wood flooring out of my 1964 house so the underlying terrazzo could be pollished and brought to all its glory. To all of our surprise, only half the house was terrazzo. So from there, Carlos and I discussed where to go from there.
