"Very promptly came out to inspect damage and make an estimate for the repair. Very friendly and courteous and very reasonable estimate. Lou even suggested he may be able to find matching replacements for the tiles that had broken. On the following Monday, he came out to do the repairs and was able to find matching tile. He charged what it cost him for the tile and added that to the bill as we had agreed. The finished work was excellent, the matching tile worked beautifully (old tile was faded a bit, but, unless you look hard, you cannot see the difference). We will certainly use him again in the future.

"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

"The entire experience was excellent.
Protek came out to our property and reviewed everything with us.  They had some very good recommendations on certain aspects of our project which definitely attributed to the excellent results.
Their pricing was less than their competition and their work has been some of the best we've encountered.
They were prompt and delivered on their due dates as promised.  Also, they kept to their quoted price, even when a couple things ended up requiring a bit more work than expected (the 240v electrical for the Induction range was more difficult than expected as was the large amount of tile work on the back-splash).
We plan on using them again for our flooring and exterior painting and concrete side-driveway.

"Excellent work done. Alex was on time, they were professional and did superior work. Highly recommended!"

"Trinity was recommended to me by one of my coworkers, and I am glad I called them. They arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled (nice change of pace from the last service I used) and actually listened when I explained my concerns about the grout around the tile in my high traffic areas in the kitchen. Totally professional, very efficient, and did a fantastic job. Floors look like new, which totally exceeded my expectations. Will definitely hire again!"
