"These 2 guys were awesome! On top of doing a first rate job- the grout looks amazing- They had to haul their equipment up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was down! The grout in the condo that we just bought had never been cleaned and looked like it- just black! When Joe and his assistant were done, you could clearly see that it was terra cotta colored- Excellent! And they were done in about an hour and a half! If asked, I would recommend them highly! "My first project was to have 2 slide locks mortised into my entry door. A&K did such a fine job that I requested an estimate for a small addition. Their price was right, as was their scheduling of the project. It entailed removal of interior walls, relocation of plumbing/electrical fixtures, form/pour/finish of a concrete slab, door installation (pocket and exterior entry), drywall installation and finish, and popcorn ceiling removal and replacement with knockdown. All work was HIGH QUALITY, customer service was TOPS. They addressed a couple 'surprises' left behind by the previous owner at minimal cost and schedule impact. I highly recommend"
