So, we ended up doing everything with them and it was very convenient because we did not want different people in our home. The wood arrived on the following week, free shipping is a pro, and took about a week to acclimate it. During that time, they removed the tile and prepared the conditions to install the floor. The installation process was a breeze. I
thought there was going to be a lot of dust, but that was not the case. They were very organized and clean. The owner was always on top of the employees to make sure everything went smoothly. I did take the time to tell them whenever something did not look the way I wanted and that is something that every homeowner should do. They were always willing to correct any imperfections that might had been left without any problem, and we appreciate that.
