"David worked on projects for us from mid July 2018 until the first week of October 2018. He is a very hard worker who does a great job at any project he completed for us. First he painted the outside trim of our house, the outside of our garage, replaced the lattice under our front porch and sealed up the shingles at the edge of our roof. House looks fantastic. Next we had a rotten window frame that turned out to be a bigger problem than we ever thought. David fixed the frame, our interior wall and made it all look better than it ever did. He shielded the window frame so water damage won't be a problem in the future. Next David did a complete remodel of our 1/2 bathroom from demo, new porcelain tile flooring, new vanity and new paint. During the old floor removal he discovered that the roof over our bathroom was leaking and he got on the roof in the pouring rain to seal it up. We were not aware of the problem and we were lucky that David caught it and fixed it. David turned our vision into a reality. We love our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire him for another job and will do so in the near future. David's prices are super fair and his work is even better. You won't be disappointed if you hire him."

He came out within a week of our initial call and we discussed our options and worked up a plan. He got me a complete quote in 2 days! "Other than a late start the team was focused and knowledgeable. They took great care to cleanly remove the damaged flooring and professionally install the replacement. It should be notes that the old flooring was incorrectly glued, making the task very tedious and difficult. The result is that you can't tell where the repair is without knowing its location. Job was done on the date promised, in the time span estimated and at the price quoted. The two man team properly braced the porch roof before tearing the old column out. They built the new column on site. The team removed all tear down debris as well as the trash from the construction phase (a really big plus in my book since I have had other contractors leave their trash for me to clean up.) The contractor asked for a deposit before they began and the balance after the work was completed. I marked them down on punctuality since they told me that they would be here at 9:00 but it was 90 minutes later before they arrived and another 30 minutes before they started work. As I said above, the work completion was promised for the end of the day and they met that.
