"The salesman and the workers were all professional and helpful. I had carpet installed in an empty three bedroom house, and vinyl tiles in two bathrooms, so it went pretty smoothly. Everything looks great! The only problems were the dust in the bathrooms from scraping the linoleum off the concrete slab, and the fact that the workers did not install the luan sub-flooring before the tiles. I was quickly refunded the cost of the missing underlayment. I'll hire them again!"

"We hired Craig Gonzales Tile after we had floors put down improperly which was causing the tiles to lift. Craig and his crew removed all the tile and backer boards. They were able to save some of the tile to be reused. Their work was impeccable from the removal to finished grout lines. Craig also worked with us on the cost as he knew that we had been placed in a financial crisis due to the loss of tile and work already paid for, which had to be removed. Craig also worked diligently and timely to finish the job as quickly as possible for us. HIRE GONZALES TILE YOU WILL BE HAPPY!"
