They offered 2 proposals: (1) clean grout lines or (2) clean and color seal the lines. Each had it pros/cons. We decided to go with their color sealing proposal. The work was professionally done. It was done as outlined and on schedule. It now looks beautiful and we are very pleased."

"Gainesville Carpets Plus is a very professional organization that stands behind their work. Carpet was installed upstairs and in stairwell and looks great. Vinyl flooring was installed downstairs. There were some issues originally with the installation of the flooring in the entryway due to having to cover areas where there was originally tile up against carpet. Leroy worked with us and stood totally behind the work ensuring that it be top notch and done the right way. It took a couple of return trips, and building up of the subfloor in the entryway, but the final installation was excellent. Thanks again to Leroy and Carpets Plus for a floor we are very proud of."

So, we ended up doing everything with them and it was very convenient because we did not want different people in our home. The wood arrived on the following week, free shipping is a pro, and took about a week to acclimate it. During that time, they removed the tile and prepared the conditions to install the floor. The installation process was a breeze. I
thought there was going to be a lot of dust, but that was not the case. They were very organized and clean. The owner was always on top of the employees to make sure everything went smoothly. I did take the time to tell them whenever something did not look the way I wanted and that is something that every homeowner should do. They were always willing to correct any imperfections that might had been left without any problem, and we appreciate that. We give them an A+ on communication and customer service, they even gave us a cleaning kit to take care of the floors afterwards. This is the way you do business.
