"Paco was on time, introduced himself, and was polite. He brought in his steam cleaning machine from his truck with his other supplies. He also put plastic protectors at the corners of all walls. He used our outside water spigot with his machine.
He worked eagerly, did not take any breaks, and worked alone. His machine also cleaned all my grout. My house is all ceramic tile, and my floor tile now looks brand new. He cleaned 1950 sq. ft. in about 3  1/2 hours. Great job!

Bob was able to get the tile we selected at a substantial discount..........needless to say we were very pleased. Regarding the actual installation of the tile all went well. The tilers were courteous, professional, and precise in their laying the new tiles........which I had set on the diagonal. My big dilemma was selecting the 'right' grout color.
