"The appointment was set for 9:00 a.m.  They arrived at about 9:30 because a job ran long---which was OK.  From the moment they came in, the whole operation was like a well-oiled machine.  They got all the equipment set up, put on their booties to save the floors and carpets and got right to work.  Marvin, especially, was very diligent and particular.  He worked very hard to be sure we were happy with every area, especially on the grout cleaning.  Michael had to leave early because of an appointment, but Marvin stayed until he was absolutely sure everything was to our liking.  He even re-did several stubborn areas on the grout several times until both he and my husband and I were satisfied.  I have all kinds of cleaning crews in our home over the years, cleaning various areas, but I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE WORK AS HARD AS MARVIN DID!  He was on his hands and knees with solution and scrubbing brush on some of the stubborn areas.  We have a large home---lots of tile---so it was a long process---took hours--and doing both carpet and tile/grout in one day is a lot---but these 2 made us as comfortable as possible and worked really hard to not just get it done---BUT TO GET IT DONE RIGHT!  J2 has done our carpet before, so we are repeat customers---and we will definitely use them again.  Our carpet looks great and our grout looks like it did when we moved in 8 years ago---GREAT JOB!.  When we call J2 again, I will ask for Marvin---the hardest worker I have ever seen.

"From our initial contact with Bob through to the completion of the job all went very well. Bob was able to get the tile we selected at a substantial discount..........needless to say we were very pleased. Regarding the actual installation of the tile all went well. The tilers were courteous, professional, and precise in their laying the new tiles........which I had set on the diagonal. My big dilemma was selecting the 'right' grout color. Again, Bob came to my rescue with actual samples of the grout and together we found the perfect one! Thanks, Bob!! We are loving our new floor and know that it will bring us many years of pleasure."

"Through Angi we contracted Soto Bros Tile to remove and replace tiles in the primary bathroom. Eric and his team showed up and completed the job on time. Their pricing is reasonable. Eric is fantastic. We are extremely satisfied with their excellent work. We will happily contract them if needed in future. Highly recommended."

"It went perfectly. He came in and measured (and told me I needed less tile than I had estimated!) and then he even offered to pick the tile up for me at the store. He came first thing on the morning he said he would. I forgot to buy grout so he brought me grout in the exact color (light gray) I asked for. He finished the next day as he said he would. He was professional, polite, organized, and kept me up to date constantly by text since I was out of town or in town but at work. The actual labor and installation is beautiful. I couldn't be happier. After he left, I walked around the house to find other things he and his team could do. I wish I had found him earlier. I am getting new bathroom cabinets installed on top of the new tile he just put down and as soon as those cabinets are in, I will post a photo."
