They offered 2 proposals: (1) clean grout lines or (2) clean and color seal the lines. Each had it pros/cons. We decided to go with their color sealing proposal. The work was professionally done. I have used multiple cleaning chemicals and tools to clean the tile grout, but could not do as good a job as APEX did (August 2021). The tile grout was sealed and it looks like it did 6 years ago.
