"He did a solid job. However, I had scheduled an additional window cleaning to be done in conjunction with the tile cleaning/sealing 3 days prior (with his office manager/scheduler). When Doug showed up, he knew nothing about it so I've had to schedule separately for him to come out again. I live in a small townhouse and only have 5 windows. Also, Doug tried to sell me full priced services that I knew full well were deeply discounted here on Angie's List. Can't blame a guy for trying, I guess. Additionally, I feel $400 was very high for the project but he is a nice, trustworthy person & I needed the work done right away."

"The granite looks like new"

"The crew had trouble with their equipment and instead of 9 finally made it to the house about 1:30ish. That would have been fine since it worked okay for me but they were not as timely as I would have liked - I had to call them when I didn't hear from them when they said I would (probably because they were trying to fix the equipment). They gave me an estimate before they started and it was barely under what they had quoted on the phone site unseen (and that with the 30% first timer discount.) When looking over the stairs I noticed that they had nicked the baseboard on every step. The carpet looks good otherwise."

"They did a fantastic job.  Our tile was extremely small marble tile that was very tedious and labor intensive.  They took their time and were extremely detail oriented to ensure every piece was perfectly placed.  We are already planning on using them for all our projects around the house."
