"Nathan Smith, the design consultant , is very knowledgeable and very kind! He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We will be contacting him again when we are ready to do our master bathroom."

"It was a difficult project. The previous owners had decades of smoking which had to be mitigated. The result was exactly what I was hoping to get at end. Communication was challenging only because I was 1500 miles away for most of the time while work was being done."

"This is a small family business. They were extremely conscientious and very knowledgeable. Extremely punctual and absolutely no delays! We intend to use them for other tiling projects."

"So pleased with Dale's work. He and his helper fixed a bad tile job. He is a perfectionist. Can you believe he fixed it on the weekend? Big sacrifice right there. The job looks excellent. Very happy."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.
