"Paul and his team were very communicative from the start and they were able to work within my time frame. I had a kitchen backsplash tiled and it was done very well. Would use again and recommend."

"First time hiring Kitchen and Bath Specialties and working with Joe Laverdiere. He also came over initially to quote a price and then returned to look over the template, which needed adjustment and a new template created. He wanted to ensure that the countertop would be the correct length. He is very knowledge and scheduled our installation for late this week and completed the installation today. He did run into an issue (not of his doing) and was able to handle it. He communicated very clearly to us what we needed to know. We will hire him to install the tiling as well. I highly recommend him."

"They did a great job and were quite pleasant about it. My tiles look like new!"

"Overall, we are very satisfied with the services provided. I was nervous at first, because after they left the first day, the paint wasn't even and there was some paint on our tile. We called them back immediately, and then were very respectful and scheduled an appt for the next morning to fix the paint job. The next day, after the 2nd coat, the room looked amazing. They even got all the paint off the tile. They were very friendly and we will definitely be using their services in the future."
