Not only did he clean 15 years of grunge off our kitchen and morning room Italian tile floors, he matched epoxy filler for cracks from settling and also damage from falling pot lids that scored the tile. He advised us against replacing the scored tiles-to be done only as a last resort-- and recommended a professional microfiber mop to pull out the dirt from the pores/crevices. Bill was very confident that he could clean/polish/seal the floor and took on the challenge of “fixing” the floor, all 1489 sq. ft. of it! Bill did a fantastic job.
