"We would definitely hire the Grout Man again! We were looking to caulk and touch up the grout in two bathrooms. Jack came out to do the estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable about his trade. I had some leftover grout in my basement which he looked at to make sure that it was still useable. It matched perfectly and saved me some money. His assistant came out to do the job and he too was very polite and his work was extremely neat. He pointed out that I had a small leak around the tub spout and did not caulk over it. We had a plumber come in and sure enough, it was cracked. I appreciate that he noticed this and said something as opposed to just caulking over it which would have pushed the water behind the wall. A few months later, I noticed a small area of caulk that appeared bubbled or didn't cure properly. Without hesitation, Jack came back and fixed it at no cost. It is very nice to have someone stand behind their work. Would gladly recommend this company to anyone looking to repair/replace tiles, grout, caulk, etc. I also found his prices to be very reasonable."
