"The tile floor in our master shower was literally falling apart. It was past time for us to act, so we scheduled one of those popular TV commercial companies to come out and take a look. The lady that visited was nice but the estimated she offered was not. All that money to replace just the small shower area with some ultra-thin plastic paneling glued to the wall? It was outrageous. There had to be a better option. So my wife and I looked on Angi for a local business and found Patriot Flooring. We received a call almost immediately after submitting our request. James and Tammy came out in almost no time. Right away we could tell these were not flashy commissioned based Salespeople but rather seasoned professionals with decades of experience and a Class A contractor license. James quickly provided all the information on how we could get our problem fixed. Not only would he remove the old tile from the shower area but also the bath and replace both with tile our choice. All this at a fraction of the cost we were quoted by the big-name brand company. In a couple of weeks, James and Vance were onsite to begin. Both are very courteous and respectful. The removal of the old tile was completed in about a day. James let us know some of the incorrect practices he was seeing done by the original installer like having no moisture barrier on the walls, putting nails through what is supposed to be the waterproof membrane around the bottom of the shower and so much more. We also had a horrible build-up in our shower drain due to debris from the original material. James was able to replace the blocked-up portion of the drain included as part of the project. Every evening my wife and I would look at the progress. It seemed a little slow at first but doing things right can take time. James was upfront before the work began about the timetable, so this was expected. Each step from putting in the pre-float, assembling the new membrane, overnight water testing to check for leaks, pouring the cement base of the new shower pan, applying the Red Gard, setting all the new tile, grouting, and reinstalling the fixtures (probably missing some steps), is not something you should expect to all be completed overnight. Day by day our new shower and bath took shape. Every day James would give us an update and answer any questions. Soon enough we had our new beautiful, tiled shower and bath. There was no question during this project that we had selected the right company for the job. James and his team take pride in the work they do, and it was apparent every step of the way. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for quality work at a reasonable price, look no further. You can believe all the 5-star reviews and ours as well."

"Mil is awesome. Very professional and polite. Also very funny. It wasnâ t easy job. Tiles were loose in the bathroom. He removed all the tiles without breaking them. Sand the bottom of them and reinstalled. My floor looks new. I would hire him again and again. I am glad I found him. Thank you Mil and Home advisor."

"Via Angi's List, we contacted Marty, Clean Slate VA, when we needed to re-grout, re-seal and polish our master bathroom tile shower and floor. Marty came out to view the workspace, quote us a very reasonable price, and agree on a date for the work to be performed. Once we signed the contract, Marty as the owner/worker came out and performed the work on the agreed upon date/time. He was always in communication with us on the project, keeping us up to date on any issues. His work was thorough and our shower and floor look almost new. We are very satisfied with the results and we would definitely recommend Marty for any type of bathroom/floor tile repair, polishing, sealing and re-grouting."

"I had a great experience with the team that assisted me with my water damage. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered my questions, and handled everything with care and attention to detail. What impressed me most was the communication and customer service. I always felt informed about what was happening and what the next steps would be. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home throughout the entire process. Dealing with water damage is never something you want to go through, but having the right people there makes a huge difference. I truly appreciate the service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water damage restoration services. 5 stars — thank you for taking such great care of me and my home!"

"Outstanding job, great customer service, great quality of work, great work ethic. It is so nice to have a contractor who does what they say they are going to do and shows up when they say they are going to show up. Phelps Construction removed and rebuilt my garage and they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company."

"We are 100+ percent satisfied with A-Z Creative Contractors. We have used their services three times, so far, and have had a positive experience each time. A-Z is our "Go To" contractor for all of our future construction projects. Alex Rodriguez is a personable individual who always arrives on time as scheduled. He provides a realistic time frame, for the completion of project(s), as well as up front cost, product & design options. We were encouraged to ask questions and have "hands on" involvement in the selection of materials; tile, flooring, vanity style/color etc. As with previous projects, this renovation ran like clockwork. No surprise costs, delays or negative issues. It's refreshing to have finally discovered a contractor who is decent, honest, and who strives for total customer satisfaction."

"The grout stain, repair and caulking look great! The tile replacement was not so great. Luckily their customer service is spot on. They fixed the tiles without any issues. Overall good work. Thank you!"

"I am so thankful for Marblelife, specifically Hobie! My husband and I had been renovating our master bathroom and purchased this beautiful black limestone tile. The tile guy we hired to install the tile did not know what he was doing and ended up damaging our limestone tile by using harsh chemicals on it. We were so devastated after all the time and hard work we had put into this remodel we thought it would be ruined because the tile we bought was black and the tile guy had turned them light grey with the damaging chemicals. When we realized the floors were severely damaged we called Marblelife at 9 PM on a Thursday night. I expected to leave a voicemail, but Hobie answered my called! We sent him pictures and he came over the next day! He completely restored our tile and it looks as if its brand new again! I cannot even tell it was ever damaged. He was very honest, respectful, professional and trustworthy! I highly recommend Marblelife and I plan to hire this company for our future remodels."

"They did a little bit of everything from floors, carpentry, and a few other details that I needed done for my house to be ready for the market."
