Whenever a glitch shows up, which is often the case, he is quick to offer options and solutions. "Overall adequate work on the floor itself. Some of the small things could have been better. The transition thresholds between wood floor and tile did not look professional. Clean up hurried and glue remained in some areas. The installer finished timely and did not waste materials. He cleaned up trash and was pleasant to work with."
