"This is the 3rd review I have attempted to post. First let me say that Keagan Stiner the young man that installed our walk in shower had his work cut out for him. He was proficient, clean, quick, courteous and very hard working. He did an excellent job and our shower looks beautiful. If we decide to do the other bathroom, we will definitely request Keagan be our installer. We cannot speak highly enough about him and his workmanship. "It went great! Joe, the owner, was very responsive to what I needed done and when I needed it done. He was very helpful with suggestions about tile choice. His installer, Steve, did a fantastic job. He was very good at explaining things, and getting the tile installed perfectly. They were very pleasant and respectful of my home. The price charged was very fair and the work completed was done quickly and the tile looks great! Would definitely hire TilePro again!"

"Tina Hawk came out for the estimate. They charge for labor and the customer buys the supplies. Tina drove us to the tile store and we selected and purchased our tile. Tony Hawk installed the tile. He had to remove the old first. Our entry way is roughly 4 feet by 15 feet. Tina suggested we rim the tile for a finished look. That was a good idea because the new tile was just a hair higher than the old. The rim gives it a nice finish. Tony used matching caulk to finish the edge and you can barely tell it wasn't the original flooring.

"Everything was handled professionally all the way thru the process. They have 4 additional warehouses you can use for selection of the granite. We ended up using the warehouse down on Sherman Av, and were treated with courtesy and professionalism. Our 2 final selections were also much lower in cost then expected. Just for Granite was substantially lower in overall cost than one of their competitors that advertise cheap prices. And also included the 15 year sealing at no additional cost."
