"I had another contractor to do the job and it was not complete. He had over tile the faucets in the tub and Chris had to chisel the tile from faucets in order for it to work."

"Great Work. Very pleased with every aspect."

"Installed new tile in kitchen floor. Martin and his team were professional and efficient with this project. They have strong attention to detail and we will work them again in the future if we have other tile projects."

"Excellent work! All carpets and stains were thoroughly cleaned and they look amazing! I would hire again!"

"Very professional. Easy to work with. Very High Quality Work. Cleaned and re-sealed granite countertops and travertine floor tile. I've used them before and have never been disappointed in their work."

"Really happy with how project turned out. Everyone was really nice. Had a few issues with communication. I think they are a franchise. I had tried by phone and email to reach out to get work scheduled but I don't think they were getting through to the right team. Had to be persistent about it and eventually got it scheduled and complete."

"They are the nicest folks. The owner even stopped by to inspect to make sure we were completely satisfied with the results. You just donâ t get that kind of follow up these days. We originally hired them to install porcelain tile in our bathroom. However, they ended up repairing and replacing a bad floor install that we previously paid someone else for. They did so well that we got them to install the flooring in another bathroom that same day. In addition, they helped us with a small paint job for a nominal fee. We felt the overall price was fair and they did an excellent job. They are on my list for the next home improvement idea we have in the future."

"The service providers did an outstanding job cleaning very soiled chairs and carpets. They kept me informed about an unavoidable delay and updated me on progress on our project. Professional and courteous!!"

"I was in the process of renovating my rental property and needed to change out all the carpets in the entire house due to renter's wear and tear. I knew it would cost alot but was not looking to put out all that money upfront. My sales person Dave Dyer was very professional and was very informative. He was also very determined to help me get the right price for the job. I was approved for the financing option which was very easy and quick. We set up a date to install the carpets and when the crew came to install; they called 30 minutes out to give me the heads up and the installation took about 5 to 6 hrs. They took out all the old carpets in each room, including closets and all living spaces....whew this was a big job and I was very satisfied with the final outcome. I was a bit apprehensive going with a big company due to hidden costs but everything was flat out written out in black and white as well as zero interest financing. Thank you Empire team and Dave Dyer!"

"Remodeling my living room and building a new kitchen in basement. Almost finished and they have done an excellent job. I will ad pics when project is complete"
