Allowing Ken to be in my apartment while at work for the day is stress-free. He has all the equipment he needs. He takes precautions to make sure there is very little mess. "Good work and very polite guys. We had some bathroom tiles that needed to be regroated. We got a quote based on an expectation of water damage underneath the floor and wall tiles, and a need to cut and fit tiles. The quote was high, but he did not want to underestimate then ask for more. We agreed.  Fortunately, there was only a bit of damage that required replacement of a small piece of wood under the floor. A couple of hours work only, no materials.  We supplied full tiles- no cutting to fit. When finished I asked what the total would be since the job was less involved and he stuck firm on the original quote.  I honored it and paid it, but I think he should have made an adjusted down since it was less of a job than expected."

"We worked with Al on a flooring, sheetrock and painting project for our home. Al was very clear and prompt in his communication. He sent us daily updates with photos about the progress in work. Work was completed before we expected. Al also gave good recommendations and suggestions about finishes, materials and other questions we had. We used unfinished red oak flooring with bona nordic white satin finish to give the look of white look. Very happy with how it came out. The flooring looks quite modern now. In the kitchen we used wood look tiles and the tile work was also good. Oversell we were happy with the good quality output . Would work with Al again and recommend him to others as well!"

"Ricky arrived on time and ready to clean our carpets and furniture. He did the bedroom and living room carpets, and made them look as new. He also did the carpet in the basement and it looked and smelled perfect!. The furniture that Ricky cleaned looks incredible, including our white llove seats! Ricky also cleans tile, and after seeing what a great job he did on our carpeting, as soon as we have some of the tiles repaired, we will definitely have him come back to clean and seal all of our tiled floors. We are very pleased with our floors and furniture, and we feel that we got excellent value for our money."
