"I was looking for a tile professional who was willing to be creative and work with the homeowner. Joe appeared very knowledgeable about his specialty. However part of my project called for finesse and a particular approach. His explanations and negative emphasis just didn't convince me that he was the right man for the job. If problems would have arisen in the replacement of 20+ tiles (5 of which would have had to been carefully salvaged for replacement), I just didn't feel comfortable that he was in it to give me a satisfactory completion or be specific about other options. This is in no way to infer that he wasn't completely honest and informative in his appraisal. I just needed a stronger, positive interest."

"We worked with Al on a flooring, sheetrock and painting project for our home. Al was very clear and prompt in his communication. He sent us daily updates with photos about the progress in work. Work was completed before we expected. Al also gave good recommendations and suggestions about finishes, materials and other questions we had. We used unfinished red oak flooring with bona nordic white satin finish to give the look of white look. Very happy with how it came out. The flooring looks quite modern now. In the kitchen we used wood look tiles and the tile work was also good. Oversell we were happy with the good quality output . Would work with Al again and recommend him to others as well!"

While are very happy with the quality of the work, initially I felt that the crew was professional until I realized that a bucket of grout that they left behind to dry weighed a ton and I was left to get rid of it up a flight of stairs. They also left a mess outside where they were cutting the tile which I got complaints about from my condo superintendent. I reduced my rating for customer service to a 3 based on these issues. Sal answered my emails promptly, price was fair, showed up early on the day promised and completed job in 2 days."
