"Update: We did not have to pay for the repair, which we were grateful for. Thanks for doing the right thing. She was on time and worked quick, but overall not happy with the end product. She told me she could not match it perfect, but this is not even close. I have no clue why navy blue was even used, and have no idea why so much was used. There is not any blue in the Terrazo tile at all. It looked better chipped up before she even did anything. Now it looks horrible!!!! When I first spoke to her about this type of repair, she informed me this was an art that took a lot of work, patience and concentration. I think I could have repaired this better with epoxy and some art supplies from Hobby Lobby. I can not believe I paid $750 for this. The repair was not worth $100. It took everything in me to pay her, and I am still wondering why I did. Part of me wants to put a stop payment on the check and let her take me to court because no one on their right mind would think this was worth the money I was charged. When I asked about her end product, she said, that is the best it is going to be. She should have just said she could not do the job. I would consider shopping around before hiring this company. If this is acceptable work, I cant imagine what else is passed off as quality."

"I always have good luck with John. He is good, and he is busy. I understand that when I contact him, he puts me on his schedule for the soonest possible. I have used John for everything from painting to making screens, putting up tile, installing cabinets and any number of other things. I trust him to get the job done correctly. I make a list made and he checks off things as he goes. He has good ideas, works hard and seems to enjoy accomplishing his tasks."

"The guy came out and measured our rooms, we talked about what we wanted, and that was it. They were on time. They responded to our questions. They gave us all of the information we wanted. The prices were just a little higher than we wanted to go with."

"The design was totally useless to me. I was extremely disappointed.

"I had vinyl tile installed in one bathroom and the kitchen and carpet installed in the dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and hallway. I have received several compliments about the quality of the work and the carpet and tile. The work was done very well and the financing available made it a very good choice."

"Ladies, if you have a husband or on your own, please get a hold G&S Contracting LLC. Stop putting repairs off. Mike is a man of his word and I guarantee he will not empty your pocketbook. Things he has done for me was put up 2 ceiling fans, a window a/c unit, 2 gates on my porch to make me feel safe. All things I could not do on my own. The list goes on and on. Please call, you'll be glad you did. He is a true handyman."

"The remodeled went extremely well. Jason was meticulous with every detail. I was also included in entire process of this remodel. I loved the way he communicated with me always making sure that I was pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Jason for any bathroom remodel, tile work, luxury vinyl planks, etc. His work ethic and professionalism are to be commended. I will definitely contact Jason for future home improvement projects. Also, Jason cleans up at the end of each day. Stephanie Hill, Tulsa, Okla."
