"Excellent service. The pruning of the 2nd oak tree and the Hawthorne tree was done one day, and all other work done the next day. The 4-person crew was very professional, kind, and respectful of the property. The large oak I had removed was right up against a new fence, and not far from the side of my house. And, it was not in an area to get a bucket truck nearby. They arrived right on time at the start of the day and worked hard with minimal breaks - very impressive. They ground the stump from the large oak as well as grinding a couple of leftover stumps from previously removed holly trees. Their cleanup was superb! They even blew stuff off the top of my roof! And the wood cut down was nicely rolled together - not just dumped into a large messy clump! And, they were cheaper than another bid I got from a company here on Angie. I cannot recommend them high enough."

"My call for service was answered by a very friendly and responsive representative.  The next day, the owner, Thomas Burke, came to find out about my job.   I told him I was concerned about branches of two very tall trees falling in a wind storm.  One tree was between my house and the neighbors the other tree was down by the pubic sidewalk.  Mr. Burke assessed the situation and said the trees were healthy, but pointed out some large branches that he recommended removing.  (4 limbs on one tree and a large section at the fork of the other tree).
Mr. Burke was very friendly as well and took time to answer all my questions.  He made me feel that my job was important.  He gave me a bid at that time and told me I can have the Angie's list 5% discount off of the quote.  We scheduled the date.   Promptly in the morning Mr. Burke and his crew arrived.  One man climbed each tree.  There were also men on the ground who helped.  They worked efficiently and very carefully.  This was very important as there were electric wires, parked cars and our homes to watch out for.
When the men were finished (took only a couple of hours), they removed the branches and cleaned up very nicely.

"Pacific Time Trees did a great job removing 2 trees from our yard - one that had died and another that was overgrown in a tight location. Carlos and his crew chipped everything (even chipped an extra pile of trimmings we had!) and left the site clean. Both Cesar and Carlos were very responsive and good about communicating timing for everything. They got the job done quickly, and at a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them for any other tree projects we have!"

They are professional, courteous and punctual as well! They made sure that everything was very well done - to the point that you can't tell we had two 70' oaks fall in our yard. All that was left was two piles of mulch wood chips, that we asked to keep for us to use as mulch. We've already arranged for them to come next week and assess the rest of our trees, and quote doing some pruning in the spring! Hire these guys - you will not be disappointed!"
