"The salesman was great however when it came time for installation, the door was not at all done the way we had thought it would be done. (installer said it could not be done the way we had discussed with the salesman)  Installation took a lot longer than even they anticipated and a part had to be ordered as the installer cut a piece too short.  Anyway it took over a month to finally get the installation finished from the time it was started.  Seems like a long time from when the windows come in until they are even able to schedule an installation.  Their work was good and I assume we will not have any trouble with them.  Since it is a sun porch and it was not completed until the end of Dec., we have not had occasion to try them out.

"An old crack in the foundation window well area, along the edge where the window is framed into the foundation and a crack was allowing water inside during very heavy rainstorms.  The tech visited to give us an estimate. We compared the estimate to another Angie's List company and settled on these guys. We scheduled the work for mid-day and the tech called to say he was running ahead of schedule and could be there early which worked well for us. 

He cleaned the area, removed the old patch (done by the prior owner or a handyman long ago), cleaned and prepared the area, and injected the epoxy filler. We saw from the outside in the window well that the the epoxy filler had moved up the crack and sealed it outside too. He cleaned up after the job was done and hauled away all the debris. 

They did a great job from evaluation of the problem, described their solution and guarantee, was on-time and professional, and did a good job.

We won't know for sure if the crack is well and truly sealed until the next heavy prolonged downpour, but we feel confident the problem is solved."
