"Me Neil Masten was very professional and yet also very personable .It really was His goal to treat the customer like he would his own family. He is genuine and cares About the Customer. He really wants their end results to be exactly what they we’re hoping for. Or exceedingly better. I was very impressed with how quickly the windows were put in by Tommy and Greg and how they also were very professional and courteous. Tommy tooK time to make sure I knew how to operate the new windows. Neil came back and did a walk through and provided The most exciting News: my encasement windows Could be cleaned from inside the house and he personally cleaned a couple to show how easily it can de done!!!? "Other than the wait for a custom made window and sliding door I love the product so far. The crew that done the install were polite and considerate of personnel space. They called before arriving and installed a large picture window slider and a new sliding glass door. John, Zeke and Phillip were great. Thank you all."

"Went well. Took 2 1/2 days to get tech out, during freezing temps, but everyone was busy with the cold snap. Tech was on time, for the window we were given. Very professional and helpful!"

"They did an excellent job of repairing and painting the wood siding on our house several years ago.  Last year some repairs were required to a side door and a window suround.  They came out repaired the damage and repainted as needed without any questions.  This year I noticed some exposed wood on a dormer, on a overhang, and some rotting wood under a window.  Paul, the owner, came out and inspected the areas and the rest of the house and without any hasel sent out a man that repaired the areas of concern the following week."
