"The installers were wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and CLEAN! Youâ d barely know theyâ d been there!. And our sales person really helped us understand the best, but not most expensive windows for our house. If I need more windows they will be back!"

"I had a wonderful experience working with Valerie McCarty. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Valerie spent almost 8 hours consulting with us, patiently answering every question and making sure we understood all our options. Her dedication, attention to detail, and excellent customer service truly stood out. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Valerie to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sales consultant for windows."

"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

"Had a great experience! From start to finish, Patrick was extremely professional, hardworking, and clearly very experienced at what he does. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to have an egress window installed."

"I didn't realize when I spoke with the rep that the interior window frames would not be replaced with the windows but I actually love having the original interior frames. It looks better for my older home."

"The windows were really good quality. They didn't seal them properly the first time, which I noticed when it rained and there was water between the storm and the regular window. But when I called they sent someone out to check and he fixed it for free and I haven't had problems since. I also got some siding done and it looks very nice also."

"Team arrived early and got started before I arrived home. I couldn’t believe how clean my windows looked afterward."

"I felt the need to leave a great review because Kevin was very helpful talking to me about my window, and then referring me to another company specialized in my brand windows."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
