I would have appreciated an update during the process that unless I wanted to purchase additional time, the two windows he worked on would be all that he could do. However, maybe he didn't know just how long they would take because they required additional steps. He was professional and knowledgeable. "We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. "We highly recommend Chuck Hecht to be your go to handyman. We needed to replace a rectangular, clear polycarbonate, window well cover. We contacted a number of stores in the area that dealt with windows...no luck. We contacted Chuck Hecht and he constructed (from scratch) a perfectly fitting, clear polycarbonate cover for the egress window well. In this same time period Chuck also devised a way to stabilize our breakfast table which is in the shape of an octagon. And he also replaced a faulty light switch. Prior to the above, we had trouble with a sliding pocket door which no one was able to fix. We contacted Chuck and he came up with a solution to the problem...no troubles with the door since he fixed it. We are very appreciative and want to thank Chuck for...Jobs Well Done."
