"Dealing with American Vision Windows was fantastic!  I really appreciated how well they adhered to the time frame established for installation.  It took into account my schedule.  The team, who did the installation was clean, professional, and responsive to questions.  This company is clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction.  In ordering, I neglected to specify I wanted dead bolts installed on all three sliding doors.  I made one phone call, and very quickly the additional dead bolt was installed.  American Vision windows also used top end insulation material around the windows, which will further help to keep the house comfortable.  Finally, they did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day.  Everyone I dealt with from this company was easy to work with and totally customer oriented.  Great experience!

"Our project consisted of removal and replacement of 11 windows and 4 glass sliders with Anlin Catalina vinyl low-E, dual-pane, argon-filled windows and sliders. The owner, Rick Andronicos, was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all our questions satisfactorily. He made several suggestions that helped us decide on which brand and style of windows to get. Then he carefully measured all our windows and immediately came back and gave us an estimate, which was almost exactly where I expected it to be. His large crew was very professional, well-trained, efficient and completed the project in 1 day! We have custom wooden casings (both wood and painted) around the windows on the inside of the house and they installed the new windows seamlessly without damaging any of the inside woodwork. "Michael McCormick and his team always maintained their professionalism, courtesy, and diligence throughout the project , despite some snags in getting the custom materials ordered, then in correcting a design flaw regarding the dog door once the door was initially delivered and installed.  This necessitated several weeks of delay in getting the project finally finished to our satisfaction (in part due to the holiday season).  However, now that the door is completed, it truly is one of a kind and frankly would be a popular model for a dog owner looking for a way to have both their dog have in-and-out access, while enjoying the fresh air from outdoors without letting the bugs come in, and without being in the way.  All this in a fiberglass door with internal blinds.
