"I started the job myself and realized quickly I was in over my head.  The shower is slate tile that is prone to cracking.  The grout in the horizontal shelves had separated and began to cause water damage underneath.  The vertical corners were separating from temperature and humidity expansion on the outside walls.
Allen came in to evaluate, quoted a very reasonable price, scheduled a return date roughly 10 days out, returned on time, and did a fantastic job.  I am very pleased with the quality of the work he did.
