"Great experience and excellent finished product. Had some heavy posts made and set to hang heavy gates. Gates swing and move freely without any sag. Highly recommend"

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"Very happy with the product and the work done by the 3 crews who completed siding/windows and guttering. I would give an A for the rating but am still waiting on some communication from the Wichita office regarding one of the windows which was scratched upon delivery. Again..very happy with the diamondkote siding and champion windows!"

"Technician came within the allotted window time. Told me what was wrong and fixed it. Went quickly and smoothly."

"Good service. They even did some art work on the windows. They have do some good work for us several times."

"My siding project was started late in the year. I was concerned about the crew getting caught in the cold weather but they were well prepared and every morning they were ready to go. The crew jumped right into the tasks with little guidance and stayed busy all day. They talked and joked frequently but that seemed to keep their mood and energy up. There were few problems except for some cold mornings and frost that could affect ladder work.  Also included was new Sherwin Williams 20 year paint  on the wood trim  and 3 kitchen windows were installed. I noticed a remarkable increase in comfort inside this past very cold winter after the house was wrapped with HardieWrap and the new siding. The job finished more or less on time and looks great."

"Tech that arrived was lousy. Came out of truck complaining about a back ache, blamed my AC issues on old windows. Never looked in the attic. Ended up hiring a company out of pocket who did a thorough inspection and made sensible recommendations."
