"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. For cheapskates like me, they offer a coupon for A List members. If you make an appointment to bring the car to their shop at 8AM, before the technician leaves on his rounds, they do it for $40. It takes about 15 minutes. Great deal for me ($20 savings) and it saves them at least that on travel. Win, win. Needless to say, I've saved way over $40 on glass coverage over the years.
Results vary depending on the nature of the chip, but mine is virtually invisible. Best of all, they replace your windshield for free if the chip spreads into a crack, which is very unlikely because the resin is at least as strong as the original glass.

Clint arrived on time for our sales call. He was prepared with information and samples and provided guidance when needed.  We wanted to think about the purchase, since it was an expensive shade option - he did try really hard to get us to make a decision before he left.  I wasn't crazy about that - it felt pushy.  Clint was very upfront about the cost being more than most awning companies, but he did all the measuring and the product is a quality product.  We liked the product and the Angie's List discount that was offered, so we called him back within a couple of weeks and made the purchase. 

The installers arrived on time and were very careful to remove all the deck furniture before starting work. They cleaned up after themselves and put the furniture back when finished.

Our awning is quite large - 30 feet long.  It does a great job of shading our deck and looks very nice.  It's motorized; the wind sensor is great since it almost takes care of itself. We would definitely get an awning again and would recommend this company
