"I have dealt with several home improvement companies and individuals. Home Genius Exteriors was a breath of fresh air. They were pleasant and professional from the initial phone call and meeting to the installers. They presented all of the information, answered all questions and everything was done within the window of time that we discussed and agreed to. I am very pleased with the results. The color match was perfect and the installation was efficient and neatly done. I highly recommend this company."

"I had Ohio State Windows install all new Provia windows throughout my house. It was by far the best contractor experience I’ve had & I’ve had and lot of contractors work for me over the years."

"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"It was really good, I have used them for 10-15 years now. They were always there if I ever need detailing, little gadgets to put in and tinning windows I always go to them. They did a very good job as always. They were extremely courteous, professional, they worked with you if you have a problem, they were really top notch and the best."

"Went well. Took 2 1/2 days to get tech out, during freezing temps, but everyone was busy with the cold snap. Tech was on time, for the window we were given. Very professional and helpful!"

"Chris Means By All Means and More did it again. His workers showed up on time and worked until 7pm to get the job done. Everything was done to perfection. In addition they cleaned up each and every scrap of aluminum including the little tiny shreds that had landed in the flower beds under the windows. And even though it was not part of the contract they spontaneously straightened up our mulch beds which had gotten pretty ragged looking due to heavy rains over the last few weeks. No extra charge...they just saw what needed to be done and did it. This was the sixth time they've worked on our house and they are consistently professional, friendly, courteous and reliable. Every time they work for us they throw in a little something extra for no charge...that must be the "And More" in the company name!
