"A very thorough job of installation of the windows. The windows look, and feel MUCH better than Our old windows."

"I appreciated the professionalism Mike showed me as we discussed replacing my old windows with new replacement windows. The crew that installed the windows were very professional, kept everything clean, answered my questions and work very efficiently. Would recommend Upper Cumberland Remodeling to anyone needing new windows."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"It went ok - professional and knowledgeable.  He did identify a place where a repaired window was not properly sealed and caulked for us - much appreciated.  When it was all said and done, we never did find the source of the leak - so we ended up getting a new roof."

"I purchased a Big Deal coupon for The Fireplace Doctor. We don't have a whole lot of experience dealing with fireplace clean out but they arrived in the window they said. They were friendly, did a good job, cleaned up after themselves. I don't have a basis of comparison but no complaints."

"Tech that arrived was lousy. Came out of truck complaining about a back ache, blamed my AC issues on old windows. Never looked in the attic. Ended up hiring a company out of pocket who did a thorough inspection and made sensible recommendations."
