The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Very easy and nice experience. I used the $99 coupon for 6 hours of service (3 cleaners x 2 hours). Scheduling wasn't possible online for Saturday, but when I explained that to the company, they easily set up Saturday service for me - it appears to be a bug in Angie's List's online scheduling software. On the day of service they called to see if they could come earlier as they had a cancellation, and that was OK by me. Cleaners arrived promptly and went straight to work - thorough cleaning per their advertised list. The three cleaners took a bit longer than 2 hours but did not ask for any additional. I'll use them again in the future for my whole house cleaning.
