"They were exemplary! I've never owned a generator and after their visit, I already feel like a pro. The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical need. They go well above and beyond for their customers."

He obtained the necessary part from Lowe's and was back in a flash to remove the old housing and install the new one. "I am in the market of shopping for homeowner's insurance and my inspector spotted an issue in the wiring inside of my exterior electric box that needed immediate attention. I located Mr. Sparky on Home Advisor and received an immediate return call to schedule a service appointment. I had already had two previous quotes done and I was not satisfied with the professionalism or the pricing I had been offered. Mr. Sparky had a representative show up within 48 hours of my inquiry, and they were able to give me a quote and completed the repair on the same day! "We moved to Vero Beach from New England and purchased a new portable generator that ran sluggishly. I contacted Brian, who came to Vero to trouble shoot the generator and work with the supplier. After assessing and determining the gas and electrical hookups were effective, Brian realized the supplier's natural gas regulator was defective. The supplier sent us a new regulator which Brian came back to Vero to install. Brian also noted that the gas line provided was too small for the unit and contacted the supplier who provided us the proper hose. I can't say enough good things about Brian. The service he provided was excellent, and his commitment to helping us finally get our generator operating properly was noteworthy. Highly Recommended."
