"Joe Electric technicians were on time as scheduled, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and cleanly. They did the job thoroughly and quickly. After having 2 other contractors flake out on the job at the last minute it was refreshing to have true professionals from Joe Electric come through. I highly recommend them!"

"I had Excellence Electric install a Tesla charger in my garage. The job was difficult and required a replacement upgraded 200 amp circuit breaker with a 60 amp power line pulled through the attic across the house and dropped down into the garage where the Tesla charger port needed to be installed. Raymond at Excellence Electric completed the job on schedule, took care of all of the HOA and city permits, and kept me updated all the way through the process. I can highly recommend Raymond at Excellence Electric with out hesitation for any electrical work needed on your home or office. Kyle Webb Casa Del Sole residence"

"The back of my house has never had electrical outlets, which is inconvenient to say the least and decided to get it done before I have the outside of my house painted. I called Steve, who I have had do work before and have been happy. He sent two guys, who were pleasant, neat & efficient. It took them one hour to install two outdoor plugs in different places and replace two outlets on the inside with grounded outlets. They had needed materials with them & left the areas clean. They had to move a big cabinet to do one of the outlets inside and were fine with doing that. I will use Steve Cavanee for any and all electrical issues going forward. They do a good job, know what they are doing and the cost is very reasonable."

"We hired Clem to upgrade our electrical panel. He gave us the lowest quote and was very friendly/professional. He responded to all of my correspondence quickly and came and got the job done quickly. He even came a couple of times before the day of install to prep everything for the actual day (since we pulled a permit for that specific day) and was very helpful with the entire permit process. I found him on this site and would definitely use him again, as well as recommend him to others."

Always start by confirming the pro’s license number, insurance coverage, and experience level. Visit the electrician’s website, scan recent customer reviews, and verify credentials with your local labor department. Request proof of liability insurance and at least two references that you can contact. These quick checks take only a few minutes but go a long way toward ensuring safe, code-compliant work and protecting your home in the event of an issue.
Grouping several electrical jobs into one appointment means you pay a single service-call fee and one set of travel expenses. Instead of asking a pro to return three separate times for outlets, switches, and fixtures, have everything tackled in one visit. The electrician stays productive, and you avoid extra trip charges, often shaving a sizable chunk off the final bill without compromising quality.
DIY electrical work can be dangerous and, in many areas, illegal without a license. One miswired connection risks shocks, fires, or expensive damage. Licensed electricians carry the right tools, follow local code, and know how to shut down power safely before they start. Hiring a pro may cost more upfront, but it protects your home, family, and insurance coverage in the long run.
