"I recently hired Doug with True Line Electric to install a Level 2 EV charger for my wife's Tesla, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the beginning, Doug took the time to explain the installation process and answer all of our questions. What really stood out was his knowledge and attention to detail. He pointed out several areas where people cut corners and explained the potential safety issues those shortcuts can create. That level of expertise gave my wife and I complete confidence that the charger was being installed safely and correctly. In addition to the EV charger, Doug also installed a couple of Nest security cameras for us. As with the charger installation, the work was clean, professional, and done right the first time. "I called Superior Power and Lighting because I had a power issue with outlets not working in my garage. No tripped breakers in my panel and everything else working in the house that I knew of. I was worried about possible damage from mice and was concerned about electrical hazards if this was the case. I called and spoke to David and asked if he could send a tech to my home even though it was after hours and would be charged for an emergency call . Instead of just saying yes and sending a tech out, David took the time to ask me questions and run through simple items to check that could be causing my problem. To preface the story, I am very hands on and do a lot of my own work around the house and I do not consider myself as a novice when it comes to electrical wiring or other things. David was able to identify the problem for me (turned out to be a tripped GFCI outlet in a bathroom that was wired with my garage outlets....wow....and I was all squared away. It s great to find people like this in business! I will always call them for future electrical needs and I highly recommend giving them a call if you also need electrical work done. **Residence is in New Hudson, MI"
