"Generators of Maine just completed the installation of a 14kw generator with parallel transfer switches, to protect 2 separate metered panels at a rental property that I own. I didn't even know that this was possible, until Doug Sawyer suggested it. The incremental cost of protecting the additional panel with the parallel transfer switch arrangement was a fraction the cost of an additional generator and transfer switch. Throughout the job, Doug and his crew were awesome. I am a terrible snoop who enjoys technology, so I hung around just watching and learning. They didn't seem to mind my presence and were friendly and informative through out the install. Every aspect of the job was 100% top-notch. Doug also managed to under bid his nearest competitor on every component and aspect of the job, including the annual maintenance contract, which I deemed to be worth the $$$. "They got in touch with me quick to learn about the problem, and the tech called me soon after, far early into the window they gave me for a call-back. Most importantly, they understood and fixed the problem — my iMac's Apple Mail conking out. The tech helped dump out several hundred thousand items to make room for new messages. I'm still not sure how my disk got so full when I use the computer normally, but Nathan got my Apple Mail rolling again. Initially I was worried because they were far away and tech was from another faraway location. And, I thought they were a bit pricey a first; it felt strange to pay such a sum before they did anything. But in the end, the money was appropriate given the time it took to work on and fix the problem, which Nathan did diligently.
