I was the one who called and they spoke with on the phone and I was the one paying... I got no response so I decided that very moment this was not going to work... So on to the next electrical company.. Kilowatt electric I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company,.. first of all to have the owner of the company come out and give me several options on the scope of work that I needed done and keep me in budget was amazing!!!
