"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"DMV just completed remodeling my master bathroom which included completely gutting it and redesigning to provide a new large enclosed shower. This included moving plumbing, installing new tile on the floor and throughout the walls of the new glass enclosed shower. Not only was their price fair and competitive, their design was the best of the three quotes I received. Next, they completely gutted my daughter’s bathroom and installed all new fixtures. Javier oversaw the entire month and a half project. He was very accommodating when I decided to make changes in the fixtures I had originally chosen. The job was started on time and completed before the scheduled end date. I would highly recommend DMV Kitchen and Bath to anyone considering a remodel. I couldn’t be more pleased."

"We have used LFC for several jobs. Tony, the owner, is really lovely, excellent with communication, and very honest about what they can and cannot do--to include realizing as he began a project that we needed some additional inspections to address some issues before we papered over them, something that cost him money but saved us a lot. That takes integrity. The quality of the repairs themselves have varied. They did a lot of drywall and post-plumbing-flood repairs that made the dining room truly look like nothing ever happened. They also did a fantastic job replacing one of our back doors to make it airtight. However, the painting took several tries to get right, and the second door still has a gap in the lower right hand side that lets air in. We have an old house that was cosmetically re-done before we bought it but never truly renovated, and whoever did the refurbishments did a shoddy job, so LFC certainly has had its work cut out for them. I do really appreciate how responsive and kind Tony is, and everyone who comes out to do repairs is very friendly. That is a rare quality in home services these days."

Explained everything prior to installation of piping and hose bibbs and valves. Inspected everything and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Bath. They did great, quality work and delivered 100% on budget. We know we are
lucky that no structural problems came up. But they gave no surprise costs to
us. We were initially worried about leaking pipes in the master
suite behind the wall that might have caused an issue. They did a thorough
probe before starting the project with their cameras. We got two beautiful new bathrooms, and right on schedule
within our terms. Our experiences with the Project Manager, Designer and
Laborers were 100% positive. They understood our need to stay in the house with a
functioning bathroom, took it very seriously and made it happen. Another company had
told us this would be impossible to do during a different estimate in the
beginning of our process. That contractor was also twice as expensive. We are so pleased with our choice and with the result.
