"The gentleman Roberto was so professional. He is also very detailed oriented. He took his time. His work was neat and clean and top notch. He was very informative, super knowledgeable and informed us about other services that are available threw the company . He is a true asset to this company from the emergency we had to the phone calls to diana and mutiable calls (in the evening)candice was so patient.So the both locations that we had simultaneously had leaks and were serviced, we literally had two emergencies and two location, and the company handled it, In the future if there's any other plumbing to be done I will be calling them back. "I received a call back from NYC Plumbing with-in 15 minutes of creating my project in HomeAdvisor. NYC Plumbing arrived at my home as scheduled, between 12:30 & 1:30pm & telephoned me when they were in route. I provided the plumber with a summary of my issue. The plumber was professional, walked me thru all the actions he planned on performing, resolved the issue and reviewed all the work he performed to resolve my problem. Excellent work!"
