"I had an emergency plumbing issue that another plumber totally fouled up and through in the towel and advise that I call another plumber to fix what he could not figure out. Michelle with C & C Plumbing called says she heard from Home Advisor that I needed immediate assistance. She said I can have someone there in 1 hour. Carlos came immediately says he can see the problem with my outside faucet / shut off valve / irrigation system shut off valve. It took some time for Carlos to undo the mess that the other plumber had done. The other plumber left the job and left us with no water to our home for 48 hours.
