She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? We went for a tub/shower combo to a shower with porcelain tiling. It is great. He did a good future proofing it so we don't have the same problem with water damage that ruined the first design. We are probably going to hire him again for our upstairs bathroom."

"This company will do the job you asked for, and once they get started it will be done quickly and professionally. However, their communication leaves a lot to be desired. Our project got pushed back at least twice for a week at a time, throwing off our other projects. Again, the quality of their work is "A" level. Their timing and communication is a "C" at best."
