Very good communication and everyone was very straightforward, respectful. A great team to work with. Very reasonable pricing and reassuring of workmanship. "Mike was very quick to take my call literally minutes after submitting my request on HomeAdvisor. I had two other plumbers come out for a clogged drain issue and both of them never even went inside to check out the issue. They both stood outside and mentioned that since my house was old, I'd need to replace all of my plumbing and quoted me basically around $7000. Bear in mind that I put in a request because my toilets wouldn't flush. Mike showed up shortly after the other two left, came inside, took a look at the issue, brought in an auger, and fixed my issue within minutes. Toilets were able to flush again. Tubs were able to drain. Mike provided a no-nonsense immediate solution to my issue on top of taking a general look at the property and pointing out a few other things that may need to be resolved in the future. Very nice. Very professional. I'd give 6 stars in all categories if I could."

"Representative showed up exactly on time; offered estimate and did not charge a service fee when I did not initially accept his offer.  After shopping, I found that his price was "average," but the service and quality of the product were worth using this company over less reputable plumbers to save a few bucks.

The representative returned quickly on a Saturday to perform the work and made a special effort to clean up the work area (better than he found it).  He also offered good advice on all questions, whether they were related to the work he performed or not.  He even found a way to charge a little less (using a discount associated with an annual service plan) than originally quoted.

My only complaint is that he emptied the old water heater in my lawn, which killed a section of grass - An innocent mistake."

"Wow.......I am so impressed.....Last Saturday I waited all day for another  plumber that was scheduled who  called me 2 times always telling me he was on the way.........Ended up arriving 5 hours late with an attitude, saying his GPS was broken and I gave him wrong directions.............so did not allow him to enter the home.
I called Jim..........he set an appointment.....He gave me a rough estimate based on what I knew had to be done, although I totally understood that once he saw the repair, this could change if more extensive work needed..........And, he even showed up on time and called to confirm he was on the way.
Price was as expected and work done perfectly and efficiently.
The most impressive thing was   COMMUNICATIONS......I could talk to him and he totally understood what had to be done.......No language issues and misunderstanding.  And he actually did know how to follow directions..........
I would highly recommend Jim.......To find an honest and reliable plumber is such a joy........
