"We are a commercial business. I needed a plumber. Remedy answered the call. The company kept me informed regarding their scheduled show up time. Chris, the plumber, was up front with the recommended repair and the cost to fix. He was very professional!!! They gave me three options and provided a cost estimate for each option. Well, guess what! Chris figured out the problem with the automatic flusher was related to bad batteries. Guess what they charged me to troubleshoot and fix the problem. NOTHING!!! $0.00!!! Who does that? In these times, it's refreshing to see a service company like Remedy Plumbing be the honest contractor!!! My faith in these guys, Chris and his supervisor, Eric, is off the charts!!! "The plumbers from Mello Plumbing Inc. Company came out and took a look at the situation. Their assessment was some what accurate; however it was not the best resolution to the problem. The solution that they offered was going to benefit them tremendously financially, however it wasn't the best way to solve the problem for us. They have their reasons for suggesting what they chose as a solution but we knew that there was a cheaper and better way to do it. We already knew that; we were just testing them. I'm not impressed with them. I feel like we were being taken advantage of because they assumed that we knew nothing about the work. I think that was part of the problem. The real solution to the problem was simple but they wanted to replace the whole system so that they could profit on it. They did respond to my request and sent someone out to take a look at the problem. That was a good thing. However, they were not interested in providing a cost effective solution. I would not consider using them in the future."

"Mike was very quick to take my call literally minutes after submitting my request on HomeAdvisor. I had two other plumbers come out for a clogged drain issue and both of them never even went inside to check out the issue. They both stood outside and mentioned that since my house was old, I'd need to replace all of my plumbing and quoted me basically around $7000. Bear in mind that I put in a request because my toilets wouldn't flush. Mike showed up shortly after the other two left, came inside, took a look at the issue, brought in an auger, and fixed my issue within minutes. Toilets were able to flush again. Tubs were able to drain. Mike provided a no-nonsense immediate solution to my issue on top of taking a general look at the property and pointing out a few other things that may need to be resolved in the future. Very nice. "Ben Pollard has been to our house several times for different jobs.  We have always been happy with his work and assessment of what's needed.  On the most recent visit he did the manufacturer's recommended yearly maintenance on our tankless water heater.  A year ago he came out for a leak in an underground pipe in our yard.  We had noticed from our water bill that something was wrong.  Ben quickly found and fixed the problem.  I recommend Ben and will call him for all our plumbing needs.  I trust his judgment.
