"Angelo, of Remedy Plumbing, was so patient, knowledgeable, answered and explained the why of things. I was treated with such respect I was so pleased with my experience. Itâ s taken 6 plumbers to resolve this problem. Angelo saw everything that was wrong with the situation and took care of it. Mike the service manager was extremely helpful as well. Very good communication and everyone was very straightforward, respectful. A great team to work with. Very reasonable pricing and reassuring of workmanship. Hands down the best plumbing company I have had the pleasure to work with. I will be using them in all my projects going forward. This was truly a great fit. They have been very responsive and thorough. Iâ m finally at peace with this aspect of the job. I would give them an A+ rating and feel fully confident in referring them!!"

"Wonderful workers really know what they are doing. Would hire again. A shower and new plumbing in 6 hours flat!"

"The rep was extremely thorough, spending over an hour examining my house, and describing solutions to both the apparent problems, and the underlying water issues causing them. Installed a total of 5 piers, realigned the chimney, and several hard-pipe buried downspout extensions. The work team was very efficient, described everything they were doing, thoughtful (eg, offered an option which avoided the initial plan to dig up/under a sidewalk), and professional. It was not the least expensive bid, but far and away the most detailed."

"Saved me a good amount of money. Very knowledgeable and patient. Fixed leak and drain pump"

"Representative showed up exactly on time; offered estimate and did not charge a service fee when I did not initially accept his offer.  After shopping, I found that his price was "average," but the service and quality of the product were worth using this company over less reputable plumbers to save a few bucks.

The representative returned quickly on a Saturday to perform the work and made a special effort to clean up the work area (better than he found it).  He also offered good advice on all questions, whether they were related to the work he performed or not.  He even found a way to charge a little less (using a discount associated with an annual service plan) than originally quoted.

My only complaint is that he emptied the old water heater in my lawn, which killed a section of grass - An innocent mistake."

"They did such a great job on our bathroom project. Great pricing and friendly timely service."

"Wow.......I am so impressed.....Last Saturday I waited all day for another  plumber that was scheduled who  called me 2 times always telling me he was on the way.........Ended up arriving 5 hours late with an attitude, saying his GPS was broken and I gave him wrong directions.............so did not allow him to enter the home.
I called Jim..........he set an appointment.....He gave me a rough estimate based on what I knew had to be done, although I totally understood that once he saw the repair, this could change if more extensive work needed..........And, he even showed up on time and called to confirm he was on the way.
Price was as expected and work done perfectly and efficiently.
The most impressive thing was   COMMUNICATIONS......I could talk to him and he totally understood what had to be done.......No language issues and misunderstanding.  And he actually did know how to follow directions..........
I would highly recommend Jim.......To find an honest and reliable plumber is such a joy........
