"I called Rock Solid Plumbing and Heating after hours for a leak that was coming from our shower and showing up under the house, and Michael arrived within an hour to assess the problem. He was professional, courteous, calm, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire visit. Michael quickly diagnosed that the issue wasn’t with the plumbing at all, but with a failed shower surround, which saved us from unnecessary plumbing work and expense. His honesty and integrity are exactly why we will use this company again for any future plumbing or heating needs. I highly recommend Rock Solid Plumbing and Heating, and I definitely suggest asking for Michael if you want top-notch, trustworthy service."

"Chris and his crew were amazing! My sewer pipe was clogged for 6 months, and EcoDrain was recommended to me. They came took care of the clog and then came back and installed the trenchless pipe and did a great job! The charged exactly as they said the would, which rarely happens with me. Chris even fixed a drain in my bathroom for no extra charge. So thanks to these guys I am back up and running and with no digging. You guys are the best! Thanks again...I highly recommend this this company!"

"Stacey Raskey and his colleague tiled our new kitchen's back splash. Stacey gave me a rapid quote that was slightly lower than the other best contractor I could find via Angie's List, and he very clearly gave me all of the details of the materials to purchase. The homeowners picked out tile according to Stacey's recommendations about quality (we got the best subway tile available through Pacific Tile). The superior tile resulted in little or no cracked, irregular tiles and it looks SO GOOD compared to what I found in the box stores. The pattern Stacey uses for simple subway tile is extremely clean and attractive. The guys finished the job in two days just like Stacey said they would; and the attention to detail is MARVELOUS. We can't wait for Chugiak Restoration and Custom Tile to return to tile our new gas fireplace later this fall."

"Discount mechanical did an amazing job on my heating system along with various other jobs at different times ,through each repair, great service and professionalism remained. I would recommend these guys 10 out of 10 times ."

"Very friendly, trustworthy and professional. Also accepted another unplanned project when it came up. His suggestions were for my benefit not to increase the bill. Filled me in daily on how things were going. I will work with him for future projects"

"We had several small home repair projects but the biggest was replacing kitchen floor tiles. Ryan, Alex, and crew were very communicative throughout the entire process and did an amazing job! This was our first time hiring a company for home repairs and feel fortunate to have had such a positive experience."

"Great attention to customer satisfaction. Responded same day and scheduled us quickly. Sent an image and background info on the plumber helping us. He was personable and explained what he was doing and why. Learned a few tips, but also why it's valuable to have knowledgable technicians address certain issues."

"Cassidy's called me next day to schedule and Buford showed up on time. Outstanding job and even took the time to give me some insight on my furnace. All in all. Very knowledgeable and friendly contractor. A+"
