Heâ s honest, conscientious, skilled, knowledgeable, and caring. He has an apprentice whom he is very patient in training; and has journeymen who are very skilled.. Heâ s detail-oriented. Heâ s reasonable in pricing. Heâ s hard-working. There are no negatives about him, except that heâ s so good at what he does, that he gets busy. But donâ t let that discourage you from contacting him because he finds a way to help you. Heâ s efficient and neat too (cleans up). Have gone through over a dozen plumbers who have lied, cheated, been sloppy, didnâ t care whether or not they solved the plumbing problemâ ¦. Stu is the only one that I have found to be upfront and knows what needs to be done to solve the issues AND does get everything done to (more than) my satisfaction. "The house that we live in is very old and the plumbing is a constant problem. It started with our shower leaking and none of the big name companies would touch it, saying that we need to replace the old galvanized pipes throughout the entire house, which of course we could not afford. After learning about Shayne from a neighbor, he quoted us a price that was surprisingly affordable and the repairs, which were quite extensive took only a few hours. He has since, done multiple repairs, including replacing a toilet and repairing multiple leaks. Their work is thorough, clean done in a timely manner. It’s a family run business and his wife does an excellent job of scheduling and is great at communicating and customer service.
