"So much to say !!!!!! Oh my lord, to begin I will be so grateful to God to put Angelo and Tina in my path. There was 5 gas leak in my house, the boiler was in a terrible condition that also needed to be change for a new one, and so many issues to repair that I didn't even know . But when angelo came home to see what was the problem he took the time to explain it to me. Compare to other plumbers that all they wanted was money and not being honest with me ,but Angelo was the opposite from day one he told me the truth and help me so much that no one can imagine all the nightmare I had to go through the house . Angelo and Tina help me throughout this difficult process, also they deal with the inspections and papers. Angelo's team are very respectful, responsable, always on time, excellent quality, what else can I say, I highly recommend hydraulics Mechanic and I don't give them just a 100% I give them more than that, I feel safe now in my house, they did an amazing job, Thank you angelo, Tina and the whole team. I'm truly blessed. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services Plumbing leak detection,"

"The team at 24 Seven were great! Candace and Diana were prompt in their response and arranged the appointment swiftly. 5 stars to Robert the plumber who put in the extra hard work and determination to remedy my plumbing issue. It should have been fairly routine drain cleanout but proved to be a bit of a pain and Robert’s expertise, patience and determination shined. He was polite and respectful. Prompt and efficient. I would certainly call them again. Now I can use my bathroom sink again without worry!"

"Plumber was quick, efficient and very professional. Overall turnaround time was 2 hours from first contact to repair. Would hire again for any of my plumbing needs."

"Lazer took only 30 minutes to come to my place. The water pressure reducer was leaking. Most plumbers would probably have tried to charge me for a new valve. Instead, he quickly tightened a few screws on the assembly and fixed the problem without even charging me. He's earned my trust in NYC Plumbing, Heating, and Drain Cleaning and I look forward to working with him and the company in the future."

"On time, professional, cleaned up behind themselves and most importantly, went above and beyond to make me happy. This wlll be my only plumber going forward. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service"

"I worked with Jesse to help with a clogged bathtub drain after I tried plunging it myself. I explained over the phone that I was dealing with backflow problems and each time I used the bathroom sink the water would end up back in the tub. Unlike another plumber who said they would need to charge me to snake both the tub and the bathroom sink, Jesse explained it would likely just need to be the sink and there is an issue in the shared drainage pipe. Jesse communicated clearly when he'd arrive and on his availabilites, and helped resolve the issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also gave me additional advice on how to manage my drainage issues in the future, and another toilet problem I had. Good guy to work with, and got the job done. Would hire again."

"Sixto checks every box you need in a plumber. Amazing and quality work as a master plumber. Honest. Great communication throughout the process. Prompt and on time. I have used his services a few times in the past 12 months. I?ll never hire another plumber again; Sixto doesn?t cut corners. He does the job the right way from the get go and always takes the time to explain to me the issues and how he is going to solve them. Cannot recommend his services enough."

"Excellent service and pricing. Responds fast and is very polite. Works very neatly and clean. My plumbing issue was resolved and fixed quickly."

"Working with Andy and his crew was a pleasure. Not only does each member take pride in his specialty; electric, painting, plumbing, etc., they go out of their way to be of assistance to one another. Renovating in an apt building is not an easy task. Arta worked well with our super and was quite respectful of our neighbors and their concerns. We always felt that Arta was on our side; they were patient with the delay of our items being picked up and stored and quite helpful in dealing with appliance delivery. It is clear that Andy takes great pride in his work and as a result, we are proud of the beautiful upgrades to our home. We are looking forward to working with Arta on renovating the bedrooms soon. Hire Arta, you and your project will be in excellent hands."
