I had a gas leak last week in the heart of the coldest weather in ten years: PSE&G just shut off the gas and left; and Alex was the only plumber who responded, to my urgent calls for help as the house cooled down. He was reassuring, came that day to take a look, arrived punctually with a helper the next day, and did a 3-hour repair (it involved work outside and in a crawl space) quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He cleaned up thoroughly, and left me with heat back on and hot water restored. PSE&G came the next day to remove the red tag and approve his work. All this for a third of the price the big companies wanted to charge me! "Daniel did an excellent job to clear our sewer pipes were backed up in my house . Two days ago we hire the plumber to clear the sewer pipe but the pipe clog again. We don't want to use the previous plumber then we called Daniel , he came very soon! He is our life saver! He explain very clearly, the previous plumber charged me $750 but Daniel charged me a lots less. Daniel is very kind, respectful, honest, reliable and helpful plumbing professional. I started calling around to other plumbers in area to fix my shower and give me an estimate to actually resolve the pipe issues I was having. After a few calls, no shows, and exaggerating quotes from others, Rojas company came and was honest about the work. Not sure if it was because they saw the frustration and exhaustion on my face but they told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote that seemed reasonable. Even after I told them I so needed to speak and get quotes from other plumbers, they were on with that. Two days later, I called Rojas back and they fixed everything within 4 hours. He did that. And I'm back doing my business - so to speak. Price seemed okay, too. Ace had estimated on my first phone call. Finished price was close and seemed fair enough.
